The below vintage wedding package is designed for couples wanting a relaxed yet incredibly beautiful wedding and would like us to take on most of the organisational stress. It provides a flexible base from which couples can build their dream wedding day.
We offer a variety of onsite locations, catering options, timeframes and decorating options so you get a wedding that is personal and perfect for you!

Tanilba House (c1831) is proudly and boldly different.Our unique combination of historic colonial charm, three acres of beautiful, whimsical gardens and an incredible setting overlooking the bay in Port Stephens makes Tanilba a truly one of a kind setting for your wedding :)
We only hold c25 weddings a year so we strive to make sure every single one is as personal and perfect as it can be. There is no wedding factory approach here! We get to know our couples and personally provide outstanding support and service. Our packages have lots of inclusions that are often extra costs for couples, and they are simply great value. We also strive to be as flexible as possible so couples get the personal wedding day they have always wanted.

A broad choice of photography settings which include: A beautiful, grand, convict built stone homestead A stone convict built gaol A beautiful stone walled all weather conservatory 3 acres of stunning whimsical gardens all filled with magical evening lighting Broad colonial surround verandahs A stunning 30 meter stone arbour covered with gorgeous vines and flowers An incredible twin "fig tree cathedral" area with two huge 160+ year old fig trees 1,000's of fairy lights throughout the reception areas and gardens A stunning stone mosaic Temple Waterfront parks and a bay beach mere steps away Iron gates, stone chairs, wishing chair, wine barrels, cable reels and huge range of vintage props
. Choose from a drinks package or BYO .. Can cater for up to 90 people. Ask us about the abundance of local accommodation available for a destination wedding

Take the organisational pressure off wedding planning and choose this incredible package where we do most of the organising to create a wedding day that is customised just for you!
This package gives you a range of choices, and combined with our trademark flexibility allows you to create a beautiful wedding day that is perfectly personal.
Key Inclusions:. 6 hours of venue hire from the start time of your ceremony to close of reception and bar. Plus an additional 30 mins both before and after your hire time is provided for guests to arrive and depart. . Complimentary two hours of early access for bridal party photography and /or dressing. Catering for 50. Choice of catering options between a high quality, abundant cocktail menu or gourmet hot meat buffet.
. Generous grazing platters full of delicacies for your pre dinner cocktail hour (or two !)
. Option to add additional catering, eg dessert platters, extra salads, banquet style dinner etc if desired.. All cutlery, crockery & napkins . Wedding management to help create a unique and memorable occasion just for you. Celebrant with all legal paperwork. Add extra guests up to 90 people for $115 per adult. Choice of arbour, plus ceremony seating for 20 guests
. Elegant signing table for ceremony.. Cable reels and wine barrels arranged in the gardens for informal mingling
. Rustic dancefloor "house" and photobooth hut made from wooden slabs, iron and shingles. Dinner tables styled to your taste in our elegant rustic style or more formally with white chairs and linen tablecloths . Cake table and gift table. We will cut and serve your wedding cake.. Surround sound system to play your playlists throughout the verandahs and gardens. Service team to setup, serve catering, clean and breakdown your event
. Add our drinks package, or supply your drinks and hire our rustic bar made from 150 year old wood and tin with clawfoot bath "esky". Bar hire Includes RSA staff, bar set up and pack down plus refrigeration. . Option to add accommodation on site for up to 4 people
. Option for bridal room access for the bridal party to get ready on site
